My Account


Access My Account

On your BizMember profile page, open the Gear Menu by clicking on the gear to the right of your company’s name.

Inside the Gear Menu, select the option My Account.


Change Account Info

On your My Account page, you can change your account’s contact information, download photos uploaded to photo albums, and reset your account’s password.

When you want to save your changes, click the blue Update Account button.


Reset Password

This method of Password Reset only works if you are currently logged into your Shop VillageSoup account.

See here on how to reset your password if you are locked out of your account.

In the left menu of your My Account page, select the option Change Password.

Enter your current password, then enter your new password twice. When done, press the Update Password button.
