Outgoing Club President Mark Coursey officially passed the gavel to new president Lisa Dresser at the Club’s annual meeting, which was generously hosted by The Whitehall Inn on June 30. Lisa then presided over her first club assembly this past Thursday at our weekly meeting. Can’t wait to see what she has in store for the club. Welcome, Lisa!

TRIVIA CHALLENGE The first person to correctly guess Lisa’s place (aka, number) in the history of club presidents will win a basket of Lisa’s home-baked scones. So bring your answer and appetite to our next weekly meeting from 7;30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m. at the Camden Congregational Church meeting room.

West Bay Rotary’s mission is to promote “service above self” here in the Midcoast. The club undertakes dozens of community projects as well as fundraising (and “fun-raising”) events, including its annual “Duck Derby,” Chili Challenge, Toboggan Nationals parking, and more. The door is always open for prospective members. The club meets on Thursday mornings from 7:30 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., currently both in-person and via Zoom. For more information, go to: www.westbayrotaryofmaine.org.
