It’s getting closer to Mackerel season and the Holy Mackerel tournament, July 30 & 31 is right here in Belfast! The original Holy Mackerel Tournament began in Belfast in 1981 and was a big hit through the 80’s and early 90’s when it ended. Well, it’s been resurrected and are in our fourth year running now. Cash prizes for the biggest mackerel! Daily weigh-in at Front Street Pub located at 37 Front St. All proceeds from this family fun event supports Operation Reboot for veterans!
