WCAP partners with CoverME.gov to provide navigator services for the Maine HealthCare Marketplace. The Marketplace is a way to find health coverage that fits your budget and meets your needs. Through the Marketplace, you can access quality health plans, make apples-to-apples comparisons between different options, and access tax credits that could lower your monthly premiums right away.
While there is no longer a penalty if you don’t have insurance, open enrollment is November 1 – December 15 every year. Special enrollments are available year-round for qualifying life events that result in loss of coverage.
Our Resource Advocate Navigators provide free, unbiased, confidential assistance by phone, zoom or in person throughout Waldo County.
